AnnJUDGEIt is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Ann Judge, formerly of Skelmersdale, Kirkby, and Liverpool, who died peacefully at Abbey Wood Lodge, Ormskirk, on 11th July 2025. Ann was the beloved wife of the late Jim, and a devoted and much loved mum to David, Mark, and Peter. She was a cherished mother-in-law to Anne, Nicole, and Helen, and a loving Grandma/Nanna to Helen, Tom, Danielle, Stephanie, Alex, Christian, James, and William, all of whom she adored and was incredibly proud of. A treasured sister to Frances, Rita, Patrick, Chris, John, Michael, Teddy, and Lil, Ann was deeply loved by her extended family.
A former nursery nurse at Millbrook and Alt Bridge (Knowsley), Ann dedicated her life to the care and development of children. She became a speech specialist, supporting not only her own school but also helping others across the region through training and development programmes. Her work left a lasting impact on many young lives and colleagues. Ann will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
A service to celebrate her life will take place on Thursday, 14th August 2025, at 10.30am at St. Mary's Church, Skelmersdale, followed by a committal at GreenAcres Cemetery, Rainford.
